My true passion lies in assisting Organizations, Startups, and Professionals as they navigate the intricate landscape of Software QA & Testing. My specialization extends to Test Program and Project Management, as well as Test Automation Management. I'm also dedicated to providing Coaching & Mentoring, empowering individuals and teams to elevate their QA skills and achieve excellence in their careers.
In my previous role, I played a pivotal role in establishing the QA department from the ground up. I personally recruited a talented and high-performing team, implemented robust processes and automation, and transformed the QA department into a well-oiled machine, earning it the highest level of respect within the organization. Our QA team not only possessed comprehensive product knowledge but also documented and shared this knowledge with other departments. Initially following a traditional QA approach, we swiftly transitioned our teams to embrace Agile, SCRUM, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies. The contributions of the QA department were instrumental in the company's remarkable growth, achieving major milestones and the highest customer satisfaction levels for our products. Over time, the company's revenue soared to nearly 50 million USD, ultimately culminating in its acquisition for an impressive 580 million USD in 2019.
My educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Applications from IGNOU, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, a GNIIT certificate in Systems Management from NIIT Ltd, and a Project Management certificate from McGraw-Hill.
I am based in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, India, and am fortunate to share my life with my beloved wife, Deepthi Raj, and our two wonderful children, Shreyas Raju and Yogitha Raj.
